BMW Repair Near Riverside, ON

I have been a long time customer of MSJ. A couple years ago I took our older Hyundai in, asked them to look it over and tell me everything wrong with it. They found one minor thing, went through other issues and advised me to live with them. I gave them the freedom to rip me off, and they didn't. There is a reason you might wait a week for an appointment. They are busy and they don't need to be dishonest. I had a brake leak on my truck. For this they got me in right away even though they were booking a week out when I first called. I can say I have never had a bad experience and recommend them all the time.

I was on vacation and realized I might have a problem with my a/c on my Silverado. I was quickly fit in by Stephanie and they diagnosed and recommended the repair it needs. Although I did not go forward with the repair due to cash restraints, it was very impressive how they accommodated me and identified what needed to happen. Very much appreciated and when I go for vacation in Windsor again and need a repair, this is where I will go.

I called about a specific problem with my RV. They were very helpful in trouble shooting the issue. If the problem persists, this is hands down the place that I will be going to have it fixed.

I was in a bind, had a tire that was not repairable. They were very busy but squeezed me in. The service was absolutely first rate, friendly, patient, extremely helpful. They did a fantastic job and treated me with absolute respect. I left feeling grateful and very satisfied. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else in the future.

The shop dismounted my Nitto NT555R from the old rims and mounted on the new ones. Highly polished aluminum, so of course I was weary of marking these up! No problem, dealt with Eric, totally understood what I was looking for. Got these back without a single mark!!!

I am sitting here waiting for my car, getting the tires rotated. I have to say the front office is so friendly!
And to my surprise, an elderly gentleman was told that he didn’t quite need tires yet! Wow! How honest!! They could have easily sold this man a new set of tires! This company cares more about the customer instead of making a buck!
